This notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and describes the personal information Rosemaryfund collects and the rights available to California residents (and residents of other states with similar laws) under the CCPA/CPRA and comparable state privacy laws.

This service is a matching site, not a lender. Personal information you submit when requesting a match — identifiers like name, email and phone, and request details like requested amount and purpose — is collected so we can route your request to the network of lenders you're asking to hear from. We retain it only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

Selling / sharing of personal information
Rosemaryfund does not sell personal information for money. When you submit a request, we do forward it to the lenders in our network so they can respond to you — that forwarding is done at your direction and for the purpose you asked for, but California law defines "sharing" broadly enough that we treat it as covered here and offer the opt-out below regardless. We do not sell or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How to exercise your rights
Email us at the address below with your name and the email/phone you used when submitting a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
